The system includes automatic controls equipment and system construction layout structure. The automatic controls equipment is consisted of at least one set of sensors and sensing signal processor. The system construction layout structure is constructed by casing, oscillator and oscillator control mechanism. At least one sensor is arranged in the X-axis and Y-axis directions around the oscillator vertically. The sensing signal processor and oscillator control mechanism are connected by conducting wire. The sensing signal processor adjusts and corrects the verticality according to the signal returned by at least one sensor and operates with the system construction layout structure.
