The system includes a construction side and measuring side. The construction side is consisted of a hanging device and a connecting rod set. The hanger has a truss structure, one end of which is provided with a positioning module, and the end corresponds to a leveling position to be leveled. A vibration module is hung at an end of the truss structure. One end of the connecting rod set is connected with the vibration module, and the other end is connected with a leveling module and a first measuring module is arranged between the vibration module and the leveling module. The measuring end has a second measuring module which is arranged in a complete position. The construction end first determines the position of the leveling module by the positioning module and determines a leveling height by the second measuring module. Then the vibration module is used by the leveling module so as to construct the leveling position precisely and reach the desired leveling height accurately.
